SKII Homes isn’t a volume builder. We’re a family-rooted construction company known for doing things the right way, even when it takes longer, costs more, or means finishing trim at 2 in the morning because Jas wasn’t satisfied yet. Our story began in 2005, when Jas and his family wanted a home of their own. They purchased a lot in Fort McMurray and built it themselves. That home sold quickly, with praise pouring in for the quality, warmth, and detail. It lit a spark. The love for building took over.

 

By 2011, SKII Homes Ltd. was born. Today, we build exceptional homes in Fort McMurray and Red Deer, and we do it with the same care we did back then.

We’re not interested in shortcuts or mass-production. Every home we build is grounded in a few unwavering beliefs:

• If we wouldn’t live in it, we won’t hand you the keys.
  Jas personally oversees the finishing details on every home. We believe in walking through the house and feeling proud, not just for a day, but for decades.

• We build using porcelain ceramic tiles, hardwood, and granite, materials selected for durability, beauty, and long-term performance. We avoid carpets unless specifically requested, because your home deserves better.

• From woodwork indent ceilings to walk-in closets with custom organizers, every SKII home is designed to make a statement. It should feel special the moment someone walks in.

• Whether it's a bi-level open-concept home, a vaulted ceiling showpiece, or a classic 2-storey with or without garage, every SKII layout is designed for real living. The kitchen, living, and dining flow effortlessly, and the light always finds a way in.

• Our work doesn't end when the home is built. We're members of the Progressive Home Warranty Program, offering a 10-year progressive home warranty. If anything needs a touch-up, update, or fix, one call, and we’ll be there. Jas runs service calls like he’s checking in on a family member.

Jas built his first home because his family needed one. He slept on job sites, stayed up detailing walls into the early morning, and never stopped until the paint dried and the house felt right. That mindset built many homes now, one at a time, with soul.

 

He’s the kind of builder who asks himself:
“If I lived here… would I be proud?”

If the answer is no, the work isn’t done.
